About job:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our internal and external communication strategies, ensuring that our messages are delivered clearly and effectively. As a Communications Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments, contributing to the development of compelling content that engages our audiences.

Salary Range: 

$1100 - $1450 per week

Job: Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Manage and update content on the organization’s website and social media channels.
• Support the planning and execution of events and activities that promote the organization’s mission.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication efforts and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies for engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
