About job:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This role is essential to ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Document all customer interactions in the company database for future reference.
• Achieve personal and team performance metrics and goals.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and potential improvements.

 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computers and call center software.
