About job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our firm and attract new clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Salary Range: $22.50 - $32.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
• Coordinate and manage social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling posts
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and target markets
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, such as conferences and trade shows
• Manage and update the firm's website, ensuring it is current and engaging
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
