About job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Architecture & Planning industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $30.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update office files and records
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate calendars
  • Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Welcome clients and visitors, and provide excellent customer service
  • Track and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Help organize and coordinate company events and meetings

 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
