About job:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming clients and visitors and ensuring a positive and friendly experience for everyone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking and delivering messages when necessary.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, updating calendars and notifying relevant parties.
• Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate individuals.

 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
