Call Center Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will engage with customers through various channels, primarily via telephone, and provide them with timely and accurate information about our products and services.

Salary Range: 

$850 - $1150 per week

Job: Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.

 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications; experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
