About job:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operational processes. 

Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assist with general office administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Handle mail and package distribution promptly and accurately.

 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
